Overview

 Sleepless Words, a subsidiary of Southern Cross Products LLC, is a company that provides a Counseling and Spiritual Guidance for its Clients in the form of audio conversations. The use of this service is subject to the following terms and conditions. 

The Service

 We (Sleepless Words) provide a counseling and spiritual service, the purpose of which is to provide the Clients with a safe space to express themselves freely in order to feel relief and clarity. This service is not a substitute for independent professional advice from any health professional. The service, and anything in this site, is not intended to be used as medical advice, and is not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

 A session is a 30 or 45 minute audio conversation with one of our Listeners with a maximum of four sessions per week. Each session is conducted using audio only. There will be no video sessions.

 Payment will be made in advance through the online scheduling calendar when you book a session. Aside from the session cost, we do not have any access charges for our website or service. Your phone company, mobile phone carrier or internet company may have their own data and voice charges that apply when you use our service.

Confidentiality

 When you are using Sleepless Words your personal information is kept confidential. We will not share your information with any other organization without your express permission, except where we are required to do so under law. We respect professional boundaries between the listener and the client.

Your Safety

 If you are feeling unsafe or believe there is any chance that you may be going to harm yourself in any way, we strongly encourage you to call your local emergency service or Suicide Hotline. 

Our Safety

 If, at any time, your Counselor feels that your behavior in the conversation is becoming unacceptable for any reason (harassment, too personal, too vulgar, etc) your Counselor has full authority to terminate the conversation. 

No Contact Outside of the Listening Session

 After your session has ended, you will not hear from your Counselor. Your Counselor will not socialize, chat or talk with you on the phone or in person. Your only interaction with them will be at your next session.

Cancellations

 Please notify your Counselor via email at least one hour prior to your scheduled session if you will not be able to attend. Your Counselor will be available and ready 5 minutes before session starts, and will inform you via email of any delays.

Liability

 We provide the Sleepless Words website and services "as is".  You will not hold Sleepless Words or Southern Cross Products LLC, its directors, officers, members, employees, contractors, or agents liable for any actions, content, information, or data use by any third parties, nor for any resulting actions, claims, or damages associated with any third parties. Sleepless Words does not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred by use of or reliance on the information we provide.

Refunds and Disputes

 All sessions are paid in advance. If you decide to cancel your session, you must do so 24 hours before the scheduled session in order to receive a refund. If you wish to reschedule a session you may do so up to 15 minutes before the scheduled session. 

All other disputes will be handled in the State of Arizona, United States of America, court system. You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute you have with us arising out of or relating to this Statement or use of Sleepless Words exclusively in a state or federal court located Arizona. The laws of the State of Arizona will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us.

Copyrights

 You will not use our copyrights or any confusingly similar marks, without our written permission. 

Future Changes to these Terms and Conditions

 We may, from time to time, update our terms and conditions. The date of the latest update will be posted at the top of this webpage.
